Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have temporarily suspended product returns & refunds once they have been delivered. Once our products leave the store we do not take them back.

Provided that your item is returned within 14 days of you receiving the item, unworn and with the product packaging intact, we will offer a refund.

Please note our refund policy only applies to online orders, not purchases from the boutique. We do not offer refunds for purchases from our boutique. Sex toy, ball gags, condoms can not be exchanged, these items are final. 

Lingerie can not be returned if damaged or worn.

The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order.

Accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Customer pays return shipping on any item sent in for refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items we deem to have been worn or damaged.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by ZouZou Sensual Entertainment. Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the order.

A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed, and it may take up to a further five working days for your bank to process the payment.
