Shipping methods
Information about shipping methods and costs is provided at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and charged to the credit or debit card at the time of purchase.

All purchases are delivered by UPS. Deliveries to post office boxes are not available. 
All orders are delivered by UPS from 9 to 17, Monday through Friday. The courier requires the recipient’s signature as proof of receipt upon delivery. Once the items have been shipped, the destination address can no longer be changed.

Shipping costs

In Rome (within the GRA), shipping is FREE for orders over € 50. Otherwise, the shipping cost is € 5. Outside the GRA, it is € 6.50.

In Italy, shipping is FREE for orders over € 100. For orders below that amount, it is € 6.50

We usually deliver within 24/48 hours using UPS and SDA couriers. Delivery within 24 hours is not guaranteed for the islands and southern Italy. Orders placed on Friday after lunchtime and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Europe € 15.80, free for orders over € 200 
Outside the EU € 35.00, free for orders over € 400
United States € 35.00, free for orders over € 500 

Taxes and customs duties

Prices on the website include VAT. During checkout, the Customer indicates the destination country for the goods; this information is used to calculate any customs duties applicable in the country indicated by the Customer. During checkout, the total invoice includes only the purchase price and shipping costs. Any customs duties will be requested directly by the Fedex courier, who will notify the Customer before delivery.

From receipt of the order (payment), the delivery time for the products is as follows:

Italy 1-2 business days
Europe 2-3 business days
Rest of the world 4-5 business days
