Products purchased on ZOUZOUSTORE.COM are sold directly by ZOUZOU SRLS, a company incorporated under Italian law, with its registered office at Vicolo della Cancelleria 9° Roma, Tax Code/VAT No. 17800501003.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE
A product description page is displayed for each selected product, with an image and its essential features, by way of example: color, size, unit price. For more information about products, contact customer service at the email address onlinestore@zouzou.it
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The products offered for sale and their prices are those indicated on zouzoustore.com. If, due to simultaneous purchases by different customers, the product ordered is no longer available, an email canceling the order will be sent. ZouZou may change the products offered for sale on zouzoustore.com and their prices at any time and without prior notice. Product prices are indicated in Euros: taxes included (VAT), shipping costs excluded. Shipping costs and any customs duties are indicated before payment.
PRODUCT PRICE
The price of each item is indicated in Euros: taxes included (VAT), shipping costs excluded. The shipping cost is indicated before payment and calculated based on the destination of the goods. Any customs duties for specific countries where required will be communicated by UPS upon delivery.
OUR PROMOTIONS
Not valid for products already discounted and cannot be combined with current promotions or discount vouchers.
ORDER
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general terms and conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance. Orders may be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal Customer account. Please read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website. Products offered for sale on zouzoustore.com may be purchased by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf. The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on zouzoustore.com is prohibited. ZouZou Srls reserves the right to assess whether to accept orders received. ZouZou Srls will notify the customer by email if it is unable to accept orders received.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered and the amount payable, including a breakdown of the product price and shipping costs. Any customs duties for non-EU countries will be communicated by UPS at the time of delivery. ZouZou Srls will send a subsequent order confirmation by email, including the corresponding product delivery times.
PAYMENT METHODS
Orders may be paid for only in Euros. The ordered products remain the property of ZouZou Srls until the corresponding price has been paid in full. Access and transaction security For payments, zouzoustore.com uses PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery (at an additional cost of €5).
Payment to the courier must be made in cash only, for the exact amount. You cannot pay for your order by debit card or credit card, only in cash. No online payment is required. You will pay the courier directly in cash.
How do you choose cash on delivery? Once you have added all the items you wish to order to your cart, select "Cash on delivery" as your payment method when completing your order.
SHIPPING METHODS
Information on shipping methods and costs is provided at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are charged to the credit or debit card at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING COSTS
Purchases are delivered via UPS or SDA. Shipments to post office boxes are not made. All orders are delivered by UPS courier from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. The courier requires the recipient to sign for receipt upon delivery. Once the items have been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES
Prices on the website include VAT. During the purchase process, the Customer specifies the destination country for the goods; this information is used to calculate any customs duties applicable in the country specified by the Customer. During the purchase process, the total invoice includes only the purchase price and shipping costs. Any customs duties will be requested directly by the Fedex courier service in a notification before delivery.

From receipt of the order (payment), product delivery times are as follows:
Italy 1-2 business days
Europe 2-3 business days
Rest of the world 4-5 business days
RETURN PROCEDURE
Goods purchased may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. ZouZou Srls will refund the full cost of products returned by the Customer, provided they are accompanied by the return authorization issued by ZouZou Srls. The refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase. To initiate the return procedure, you must send an email to onlinestore@zouzou.it to obtain return authorization. To return the goods, wait for the return authorization issued by ZouZou Srls. The email containing the return authorization must be placed inside the package. ZouZou Srls sends a pre-filled sheet with the destination address to be affixed to the package along with the return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A return will only be accepted if the procedure set out in this paragraph is followed. Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping. The return of the product entails payment of the shipping costs. Once return authorization, the return pro forma invoice and the UPS shipping label have been obtained, you may inform ZouZou Srls of your preferred collection date and time. ZouZou Srls will email the information required to proceed. ZouZou Srls will send an email confirming receipt of the return and commencement of the refund procedure. The refund of the price of the returned products (net of shipping costs) will be made within 15 days from the date ZouZou Srls received the returned product in the specified condition.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Products to be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. All tags and security seals must still be intact. Lingerie must be tried on over your own underwear. If the adhesive strip has been removed or the items are creased, the return will not be accepted and the items will be sent back to the Customer. Sex toys cannot be returned for any reason. EXCHANGES
The purchased product may only be exchanged for another similar product in a different size or measurement within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it is available. Exchange requests made after the specified period may be accepted solely at the discretion of ZouZou Srls. To request an exchange, you must send an email with your exchange request to onlinestore@zouzou.it. To exchange an item, wait for exchange authorization issued by ZouZou Srls. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
Products received already damaged or showing defects in conformity are considered defective. You may request an exchange of the defective product within 10 days of the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges. In such cases, ZouZou Srls will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available. The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier at no additional shipping cost. If replacement or repair of the product is not possible, ZouZou Srls will issue a refund. The refund, including shipping costs when the product is defective from the outset, will be made to the same credit or debit card used by the Customer for payment. Access to and use of this website imply that these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy have been read, understood and accepted. ZouZou Srls may update the General Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at any time. By using zouzoustore.com, you accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as published on the website.
SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA
ZouZou Srls has adopted appropriate security measures to protect the data and personal information provided against unauthorized access or use. Banking details are not recorded or retained on the website zouzoustore.com, but are stored in a secure database of the bank used by ZouZou Srls and appearing on the transaction page solely for the purposes of the commercial transaction. Although ZouZou Srls srl has taken all possible precautions to ensure the security of personal data, it should be borne in mind that the transmission of data over the internet is never entirely secure and that any information disseminated online may be collected and used by parties other than those for whom it was intended.
